Experimenting with formats for central program components. A cornerstone of the doctoral program will be regular summer schools (one per year) which are followed by publications, and accompanied by mentoringactivities. During the funding of a multilateral project, we would already experiment with these formats and evaluate the entire effort.

Setting up the structures needed for an EDP in our field, including its concept, its leadership and involvement structure, and its accreditation.

Developing a joint European Research Program (ERP), acknowledging the vital importance of research for careers in institutions of higher education and research, the need for cooperative interdisciplinary research in our field, and the relevance of promoting the development of career guidance and counselling as a unique field of expertise (academic discipline).
