CO-CHAIR - Guido Sarchielli
He is full-time Professor with tenure of Work Psychology at the Faculty of Psychology of the University of Bologna. He taught Educational Psychology at the University of Bologna, Social Psychology at the University of Modena and of Trento, Work Psychology at the University of Trento and at the University of Lugano.
He was Director of the Dept. of Work Issues, and of the of Dept. of Social Policies, University of Trento. He was Dean of the Faculty of Psychology of Bologna. The main research topics are: Occupational socialization of youth & work values; Unemployment; Time perspective in adolescence; Vocational training and acquisition of social & professional skills; Psychosocial effects of occupational flexibility and contingent work; Emotions at work; Aging and work. |
